Unlike lasers, radiofrequency, or other technologies, HIFU 2 bypasses the epidermis to deliver energy at an optimal temperature to a precisely defined depth. The waves pass non-invasively through the outer layers and focus at a specific point within the dermis or the SMAS layer, depending on the need — at a depth of 1.5 mm to 4.5 mm, or 8 and 13 mm for fat reduction. This heats the tissue to 65–75°C, causing point-specific coagulation of collagen fibers. As these fibers contract, an immediate light lifting effect is created at the structural level of the skin.

Hipro V is a next-generation ultrasound lifting treatment. Concentrated shock waves firm and tighten not only the skin but more importantly, the underlying subcutaneous tissues.
What does the treatment look like?
A special handpiece is applied to the patient’s skin, emitting ultrasound waves that penetrate deep into the tissue. With precise control over wave depth, tissue contraction can be targeted at both superficial and deep levels (1.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.5 mm, 6.0 mm, and 9.0 mm). The ultrasound activation creates a hot prickling sensation, which can be adjusted and is reduced by a cooling gel.
