Why is it worth it?

What does the treatment look like?

The procedure is done on cleansed and disinfected skin, where a numbing cream is applied (time must be allowed for it to take effect!). The laser is then applied using a handheld device. Afterward, a soothing mask is applied.
Post-treatment, expect some redness and peeling of the skin, which can last up to 7 days.

How to prepare for the procedure?

  • No deep peels for 3 months before the procedure
  • Avoid sun exposure for 3 weeks prior
  • Discontinue retinol-based medications at least 6 months in advance
  • Stop drinking light-sensitive herbal teas (like St. John’s Wort, calendula, horsetail) 2 weeks before
  • Shave the treatment area thoroughly the day before
  • Stop using self-tanners and bronzing lotions 2 weeks before the session
